Beware of fraud and impersonation

Any person claiming to represent Elemental Brothers Ltd. (EB) should be independently verified using the official contact information published on this website.

How to verify a contact

• Do not rely only on WhatsApp, Telegram, a social-media profile or an unsolicited e-mail as proof that a person represents EB.
• Check the sender's e-mail domain. Our official domains are invest.ae.org, finance.ae.org and elementalbrothers.com. Similar or misspelled domains may be used to impersonate the company.
• Our published contact channel is e-mail: info@elementalbrothers.com. The names and addresses of our officers are listed on the Contact page.
• If in doubt, write to the official address yourself and ask us to confirm the identity of the person who contacted you.

What EB will never ask for

• EB will not ask a prospective investor, project owner, supplier, introducer or job applicant to pay an unexplained release, activation, KYC, processing, insurance, tax-clearance or similar advance fee to an unknown intermediary.
• Requests to send investment funds to a personal account, an unrelated third party or an unverified cryptocurrency wallet should be treated as high risk and independently verified.
• No investment, shareholder loan, financing or partnership is approved merely because a document carries our logo, a signature, a stamp or the company name. Material transactions require verification and definitive documentation agreed with EB directly.
• Confidential documents, identification and banking information should be shared only through authorised channels, after the recipient and the purpose have been verified.

How to report

Report suspected impersonation, fraudulent funding proposals or misuse of the Elemental Brothers name or logo to info@elementalbrothers.com. Please include the sender's e-mail address, any documents you received and the channel used, so that we can act on it.
